How It Works
You're probably here right now because you have a trip in mind but you're not quite sure where to start. Think of these things - where would you like to travel? Who would you like to travel with? When would you like to go and for how long? What deals or packages have you seen or heard that you like already? What is your budget? This is all the information we need to begin!
You can reach us on social platforms like Facebook or Instagram and you can never go wrong with a classic old email or phone call! Alternatively, fill in your details on our "Contact" page and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
Once we have had a discussion around your travel plans, we can then schedule a consult in person (Townsville only) otherwise continue planning via email or phone. You will then receive a personalised travel quote which we can amend in any way you desire until you are happy with your final itinerary. Payment will then be required before any travel documents are issued.
The day has come for you to head on your adventure. You should have all your travel documents by now, both physical and electronic versions and you will have access to 24/7 assistance during your trip for peace of mind. We will also check in with you once you arrive back home to hear of your experiences and collect any feedback you may have!
